jmrDesign offers a Service Desk to allow client users to request technical help or search a knowledgebase for answers to questions.
Although existing clients are always given priority support, you do not have to be a client to request help. If you do submit a Support ticket request, please provide as much detail as possible to describe what your need is. Doing so will allow us to respond in a more efficient manner.
